  • the return request must follow the instructions provided in our Refund & Return Policy.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, incorrect, or applicable law requires us to cover the return cost.

Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Original shipping fees may not be refundable unless required by applicable law or stated otherwise in our Refund & Return Policy.
